Individualize your practice with one-on-one or small group instruction. Available for special occasions and corporate events.
A four-week series for the complete beginner or for anyone looking to get back to basics.
Twice a week, we will cover foundational poses, terminology and introduce yoga philosophy -- building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. In addition to our live, online practice each week, you will have access to on-demand videos and other resources that will deepen and support your practice.
Class size is limited to allow us to workshop poses and discuss any questions you have.
