Vinyasa flow to get the body moving that is accessible for all levels. Building from the ground up with a focus on a particular area of the body or working toward a peak pose. It is a fun way to ease into a more vigorous practice.

Practice that strikes a balance between movement and rest. Perfect for transitioning from the workday into a more restful evening. Beginning with a vinyasa flow sequence that warms the body and focuses the mind, then transitions to a gentle restorative practice.
GENTLE STRETCH & FLOW
Breath, meditation and mindful movement -- a gentle practice at a slow pace to allow you to connect to the breath and the body. Great for beginners!

EVENING WIND DOWN
Quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for rest. A gentle practice that incorporates deep relaxation, breathing and meditation. Gentle poses are held for extended periods of time to allow for maximum release.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 10:00AM
Gentle yoga practice using the support of a sturdy chair and other household props. Focused on breath and connecting with the body, with the goal of maintaining mobility, improving balance and increasing strength. Great for all levels, beginners, desk jockeys and individuals with limited mobility, arthritis or recovering from injuries.
