RISE & SHINE
Early morning practice to get your day started by connecting with the breath and moving the body. A shorter practice that eases you into the day, integrating stretching, sun salutations and more, helping to set the tone for your entire day. A little goes a long way!
WEDNESDAY: 12:45PM

LUNCH BREAK
Take a quick break and reset! A quick, 15-minute practice you can do right from your desk. Log in and reconnect to the breath and the body. A gentle practice that will allow you to work a little mindfulness and movement into your day. Pay what you want - donation based!
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY: 5:00PM

FLOW & RESTORE
Practice that strikes a balance between movement and rest. Perfect for transitioning from the workday into a more restful evening. Beginning with a vinyasa flow sequence that warms the body and focuses the mind, then transitions to a gentle restorative practice.
TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 10:00AM

CHAIR YOGA
Gentle yoga practice using the support of a sturdy chair and other household props. Focused on breath and connecting with the body, with the goal of maintaining mobility, improving balance and increasing strength. Great for all levels, beginners, desk jockeys and individuals with limited mobility, arthritis or recovering from injuries.
