A four-week series for the complete beginner or for anyone looking to get back to basics.
Twice a week, we will cover foundational poses, terminology and introduce yoga philosophy -- building a strong foundation for your yoga practice. In addition to our live, online practice each week, you will have access to our recorded sessions, on-demand videos and other resources that will deepen and support your practice.
Beginners Series Includes:
- Two live, online sessions each week
- Access to recording of live sessions
- Supplemental videos focused on individual poses
- Workshop style to allow for individualized instruction
- Limited class size
Class size is limited to allow us to discuss any questions you have along the way.
