Whether you are completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to get back to fundamentals, this four-week fundamentals series is for you.
Twice a week, we will get down to the basics and builds a strong foundation for your individual yoga practice. Each person comes to the practice of yoga with unique experience and ability. This series will allow you to explore and have fun, learning the foundational principles of yoga philosophy, breath and movement.
In addition to our live, online practice each week, you will have access to on-demand videos and other resources that will deepen and support your practice.
