HIP FOCUSED FLOW

Beginning gently to slowly open the hips and build toward variations on pigeon pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana). This practice that includes long holds to allow the body to open into the postures and focus on breath. Loads of modifications offered and appropriate for all levels.

QUICK FIX
30 MINUTES

Shorter practices that integrate breath and movement, stretching, sun salutations and more, allowing you to reset and bring a little mindfulness into your day. A little goes a long way!

A brief 30 minute practice designed to warm your body up, welcome the sun and prepare you for movement throughout the day.

CHAIR YOGA
Supported practices (30 & 50 min available)

Gentle yoga practice using the support of a sturdy chair and other household props. Focused on breath and connecting with the body, with the goal of maintaining mobility, improving balance and increasing strength.

Tap into your inner warrior! An energizing practice that begins with a seated practice, moves into a gentle, supported warrior flow, concluding with guided meditation. Great for increasing balance, strength, mobility and focus.
